My name is Krzysztof Herdzik. By basing on STCF™ model I help companies collaborate with huge enterprises and corporations. I support entering the market, managing changes and restructuring within companies. Within companies’ structures, I train managers in the area of leadership. I also train them in holistic management based on STCF™ model. I help start-ups which enter markets and support them by providing valuable consulting services and facilitate getting an investor or entering international markets.
The mission of You Can Business lies in supporting organisations so that, by using holistic management of a company, entrepreneurs and managers around the world could succeed in the market – the world deserves their products and services to become a better place for everyone.
I held senior positions in international environments – I worked as e.g. a Finance Director, a Country Manager or a Managing Director. In Poland, I have established a division of an international organisation which provided services for customers from 14 countries in Europe after 4 years of its operation. I was one of the youngest financial directors in Poland. This experience led me to establishing You Can Business project so that I could truly help entrepreneurs and managers run their companies by taking advantage of my own experience.
I am a graduate from Erickson College International, a coaching academy. I have graduated from finance and accounting related studies. I have international accounting and financial qualifications of the ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). I am a professional coach and a person fascinated by mentoring and consulting services in the business zone. For over 14 years, I have given advice in these areas and helped businesses, managers and people who want to set their own companies succeed in business.

I skilfully connect my professional obligations with my passion, among others, for travelling, learning from other cultures and sharing my experience as a blogger. I publish my articles on business-related topics in widely-read industry-specific websites. I do not cease to focus on my personal development.
I like to look for and take up new challenges. I believe private life and the way one lives it directly translate into the outcomes of work and success as a result. That is why I take up different challenges such as participation in Runmageddon. In my opinion, it evokes positive emotions that I can use well in cooperation with different people later on.
